If that's true I would be doing my friends a disservice by not letting them know about the books that have built who I am today.
Each of the following books has inspired me, challenged me, and I am a walking advertisement for the power in these pages.
Life changing reads:
If you want to drive South, you get on the interstate heading south, no one argues this. But when it comes to the same principle in our lives we lose track. We say, "I want to loose weight." While eating a donut. "I want a Godly marriage" But don't work on our own faith. This book helps you get on track to achieve any goal in your life.
This book helped me learn rarely is anyone "born with it" Studies show star athletes, musical genius and CEO masterminds became great not due to great genes, but hard work.
If you read no other book...READ THIS ONE. It's a fictional story based on the book of Hosea in the Bible. Never have I understood the romantic, pursuing, jealous, and endless love God has for us than through this book.
They are making a movie out of it, it's that good.
If you feel on overwhelm and not sure how to break the toxic cycle. THIS BOOK. It helped me learn the magic of being still and not sweating the small stuff in life.
If you have struggled through a breakup, or a painful loss this is a game-changer. It is also EXTREMELY helpful in getting. a healthy relationship with all those distractions from our cell phones!
The book I attribute to the idea I first had to start praying over greek row and the miracles I saw happen with college men and women coming to faith like wildfire!
